Supprimer depuis l’application ou le site

1. Sign in and open Profile → Settings.
2. Choose Delete Account and confirm.

Deletion starts immediately with a 30-day grace period: your account is deactivated at once, and you can cancel the deletion by signing back in within 30 days. After the grace period your account and personal data are permanently erased.

Supprimer par e-mail

If you can't sign in, email privacy@fasofresh.bf from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify ownership and process the request within 30 days.

Ce qui est supprimé

• Your profile (name, email, phone, addresses, preferences, payment references held by the mobile-money operator).
• Order history is de-identified after the retention window.
• Les points de fidélité, les codes de parrainage et les jetons de notification.

Ce que nous devons conserver (et combien de temps)

Some records are retained only as long as the law requires, then erased: tax and payment records (IRS/NYS requirements), les relevés de chaîne de température et les justificatifs de conformité, and fraud-prevention audit entries. These are kept in de-identified form wherever possible and are never used for marketing.
